AbstractThe article deals with the problem of organizational culture formation. The profession leaves its imprint on the values, moral rules and behavioral characteristics of employees. He carries the culture of the organization through his whole life, becoming carrier of this culture. A modern manager should possess managerial competencies, including the ability to use the scientific foundations of organizational culture in management activities. The theory of organizational culture is widely used in industrial organizations, banks, offices in Western countries. Currently, it is distributed in Russian institutions, including being introduced into the activities of educational institutions – universities and schools. The article reveals the effectiveness of the use of organizational culture in the management activities of an educational organization, describes the technology of creating organizational culture.
