Abstract. The article considers the problem of designing and testing a model of interaction between a secondary school and a pedagogical university in a technology park to implement modern tasks of general education of schoolchildren and improve universal pedagogical competencies of students. The study was conducted at the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University. The purpose of the article is to describe the model of integration of schools and a pedagogical university based on the use of technology park resources to provide the education system with highly qualified personnel to form natural science literacy of schoolchildren. The authors consider the possibilities of improving the quality of the human resources of the education system to form natural science literacy of schoolchildren by managing the implementation of modern biological education based on the functional model of integration in the “school – university” system using the resources of the technology park of the pedagogical university. For modern biological education, technology parks – structural divisions of the university – are considered as an integration platform. Integration is presented by the components of the functional model of the organization (values, technologies, structure, management system, personnel, resources), on the basis of which the goals, plans, algorithms and content of work are formed for the three functions of the “school – university” system in accordance with the target groups of interaction (students, teaching staff, students), which allow organizing activities that ensure the results of the required quality for the school (the product is the result of the student’s activity, the result of the activity of the teaching staff) and for the university (the product is the result of the student’s activity, the result of the activity of the teaching staff). The model is implemented through the center for advanced training of teachers of pedagogical universities and biology teachers – a functional subdivision of the specialized department, the general management of which is carried out by the head of the specialized department.
