Abstract. Introduction. The article scientifically substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the creation of a unified educational space, the basis of which are traditional Russian spiritual and moral values; it shows the role of the director’s advisor on education and interaction with childrenʼs public associations in the creation of a unified educational space throughout Russia. Problem: introducing children and adolescents to the unity through the creation of a single all-Russian educational space as a factor in the consolidation of society. The purpose of the article: scientific substantiation of conditions of creation of a single all-Russian educational space. Methodology. The methodological basis is anthropological, axiological and activity approaches. The anthropological approach places the sphere of the advisor’s professional interests – the world of childhood – at the center of understanding the advisorʼs activities. Axiological – takes into account the value, ideals and guidelines of the advisor’s activities. Activity-based – will allow identifying the most effective methods of interaction used by the advisor in communication and in involving students in a single all-Russian educational space. Results. Based on changes in the nature of life and ways of interaction between people, we consider the definition of the concept of “space” and determine what exactly makes the modern unified educational space all-Russian. This is the authorʼs innovation of the concept of “unified all-Russian educational space”. Conclusions. The pedagogical conditions we have proposed for the creation of a single all-Russian educational space are leading to the unification of children and youth of Russia into a consolidated society.

Keywords: educational space; single all-Russian educational space; advisor to the director on education and interaction with childrenʼs public associations; childrenʼs and youth movements; “Movement of the First”; involvement; pedagogical conditions.
