Abstract. The article deals with the problem of organizing volunteer activities in an inclusive preschool educational organization. The article presents the psychological and pedagogical potential of volunteer activity, which is shown in the article as resource for the development of social and personal qualities of preschool children in conditions of inclusion. An empirical study is described, the purpose of which was to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for organizing volunteer activities of older preschool children with disabilities aimed at their social and personal development. The article presents the results of involving preschoolers in volunteer activities, during the organization of which such psychological and pedagogical conditions were observed as creating favorable climate in the group, taking into account the individual, age and physical characteristics of children with disabilities, stimulating their initiative and creativity, creating situations of mutual assistance between children.
